I ordered 3 of the Bad B**** Energy Lip Duos, which were 3 for £25. First of all, such a good deal, as the products are £22 each! The shipping is great value - only £1! The products arrived quickly. I love all of them. They smell amazing and feel lush on my lips. The only thing I will say is that there is way too much packaging. The products come in big cardboard boxes, wrapped in plastic, with plastic trays. A bit OTT.

I have been using the p Louise brow balm for a few months now and my eyebrows have gotten thinner and some bits have fallen out I am highly disappointed with this and I will not be buying anything from p Louise again

I have become a massive fan of the plouise brand since about November 2022, love everything about the products to the design of the packaging to the quick easy process of ordering too. Recently I ordered one of the bundles which sadly had an item missing, but I emailed plouise and on the same day I got a lovey response from Kai and he got a new label printed with my item ready for despatch, sadly it was the wrong item sent again, but again I emailed the same day and Kai has sorted the correct item for despatch and also offered the wrong item as an apology gift. So fantastic customer service along with a fantastic brand.

I have followed p Louise for a long time on different social media platforms and absolutely adore her work and her products however the customer service is appalling, my mother placed an order in NOVEMBER (2022) for a Christmas present for myself, this consisted of a makeup calendar (which was received despite Royal Mail strikes) and another order of makeup palettes and a brush set. We hadn’t received any palettes or brushes and was told our package had been lost. My mother disputed the order and we received the 3 makeup palettes in February 2023 and still no brushes as they was out of stock. Last month after constant checking of the website, I saw that the makeup brushes were back in stock. Emails were sent, no reply’s we’re given so we called and spoke to a male who assured us that a shipping label had been printed and he would make sure our order was sorted out for us, it has been about 2 weeks and we have still received nothing. We have also emailed again and again for a follow up but have heard nothing back. Absolutely shocking to say the least

I’ve tried their blushes they are fantastic, pigmented, blends so smoothly literally blends like a butter and gives u a stunning finish,
Now I ordered their brushes set and the XL eyeshadow palette and I’m sure its breathtaking🤍🦋

The quality of this brand is fabulous And its on a very high level
and what I love about it
that it’s affordable!

Grace from PLouise is amazing! She is an asset to the brand and an incredibly lovely person. She has helped me so much and if I had of know about the trust pilot reviews she would have received at least 30 of them off by now! Have a great bank holiday weekend!

Never been a fan of cream eyeshadows but on the recommendation of super beauty vlogger Wayne Goss I purchased their cream eyeshadow and I'm super impressed with both the product and customer service!! The colour payoff with these shadows is insane!! They apply and blend beautifully creamy, yet have major staying power with zero creasing and you need so very little....I'm truly amazed!! I will have these for a longtime to come as they are so concentrated. They could half the tube size and they would still last a long time that's how densely pigmented they are....so much so that I don't believe I'll finish the tube before the product goes off. I had a problem and really didn't like one of the colours that I purchased and Kai and Grace sorted it out by way of letting me speak to an on staff makeup artiste who helped me choose a perfect shade which I love and sent it to me at no cost!! Delivery was also really fast. And to top it all off they also sent 2 gifts being a FULL SIZE lip balm and lip shine which I also love and will purchase again. Although the outer packaging is really cute, I wish they'd reduce packaging from an environmental stand point....it's just way too much. The upside though is that you can use the sturdy little box to store bits and bobs which is very handy....especially if you like pink (I don't but still using the box). All in all a fantastic new company with excellent products. Long live PLouise....I highly recommend!!

Plouise are the best! I’m a Pro girl and honestly don’t know where I would be without the Pro course or the Plouise Academy. The girls at the academy are so helpful & go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals!

I love Plouise makeup products so much! My absolute favorite brand ever, amazing quality and has the best packaging ever! I've been buying off Plouise for years and I have never been dissatisfied! Each time I email customer service about something, everything gets rectified so promptly and the staff have always been so professional and so lovely, especially Grace, she has always been such a babe. Grace has helped me on numerous occasions and has always sorted any little question or issue I might be happening. Recently Grace helped me regarding the subscription budget boxes and made sure that I wasn't going to miss out one which made me the happiest ever! Grace you are a gem, keep up the good work!

I ordered something and my setting spray wasn't working so I contacted customer service and I got a reply so fast I got given some advice to do I tried that and It worked I can't get over how lovely the customer service are thank you so much grace 😊x

I purchased the P Louise base; I primer in the shade of Rumor 0.5. 

A little goes a long way. I love the fact that not only does it time your eyelid so your eyeshadow stays, but it gives an even tone, so that way the colors are truer to what you see in the pallet.

Yes, this is expensive, but it last such a long time compared to  other products.

I know this sells out very fast, but it is definitely worth watching and waiting for. I highly recommend it.
